You Have Finite Resources--Know what drains them.

As a human you have only finite resources. Learn to recognize what drains or replenishes. The original video was of such poor quality I took the color out for clarity. I also found out don't take a cough drop unless you have to...it can be annoying to others. So I recommend the audio version but kept the video for the brave souls that may want to watch. I hope the principals discussed here will be a help to you. :)
